When renting a puzzle, you pay a fee for the initial rent of 4 weeks or 6 weeks. If you wish to keep a puzzle for more than the initial rental period, you may do so and will be charged one week’s rent every seven days until the puzzle is returned.
If you buy the puzzle, it will be permanently removed from the rental library.
You do not pay for shipping when you rent or buy the puzzle. For rentals, we include a pre-paid label for you to ship the puzzle back to us.
