Gift certificates are delivered to you by email for forwarding to your recipient and contain instructions on how to redeem them at checkout.

If you prefer not to send your gift via email, we will be happy to mail a physical gift certificate to your recipient.  For a physical gift certificate, please send your request to hello@waterfordpuzzles.com.  We will contact you to finalize your mailing instructions.
